When E15 appears, the dishwasher has detected water in the base and activated the AquaStop safety system. This protection mode is designed to prevent flooding and internal damage, which is why the drain pump may run continuously and normal operation is blocked.
In this case, diagnostics confirmed that the error was caused by a loss of sealing. A damaged bottom pan sealing rubber allowed water to leak into the base, triggering AquaStop. Stored error memory showed only E15, clearly indicating an active leak rather than an electrical or control issue.
The video demonstrates how to enter service mode to read error codes saved in memory. This step is critical because resetting the dishwasher without identifying the source of the leak does not resolve the problem and often leads to repeat shutdowns.
Proper diagnostics focus on locating where the water entered the base, inspecting seals, and restoring full tightness of the dishwasher. Clearing the code alone only masks the symptom, while the leak continues internally.
