During the holiday season, appliances work harder than usual. When a washing machine begins to fill incorrectly, stop mid-cycle, or behave unpredictably, the issue is not always obvious.
In this case, the problem was a faulty pressure switch. This component is responsible for monitoring the water level inside the washer and signaling when to fill, stop, or drain. When it fails, the machine may continue to power on but operate incorrectly.
Our technician diagnosed the issue and replaced the pressure switch on a Samsung front-load washer. After proper installation and testing, the washer returned to normal operation with correct water levels and stable cycles.
Accurate diagnostics and attention to detail are essential for reliable appliance performance, especially during the holidays.
